What is a Virtual Office?? A Virtual Office is an ideal way for a business to establish a presence in a city at a low cost. Companies will benefit from all the facilities and services that the Flint Glass Works has to offer, without having a physical office within the building.
   
Why should I use a virtual office?? There are a number of reasons why people wish to use virtual office facilities. Below are a couple of common reasons why some companies opt for a virtual presence.

Budget - 'I'm a new business'

Many newly established companies do not have the finances to take on an office straight away. Virtual Offices allow you to sufficiently grow your business at an affordable fixed monthly cost until you are in a position where you really need a physical office.

If our offices are fully occupied, your business may wish to be placed on a waiting list for a physical office. In order to start running your business immediately you can use virtual office facilities until a unit becomes available.

What features do I get with my virtual Office??

  • Meeting and conference rooms are available by the hour, half-day or full-day at preferential rates.

  • Telephone answering service (in your company name).

  • Dedicated telephone number.

  • Calls to your company re-directed to another number or voicemail.

  • A personalised digital voicemail-box for remote collection of your messages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • A prestigious postal address.

  • Sorting your incoming mail and forwarding it to you at cost plus 15%.

  • All faxes for your company forwarded on to you.

  • Secretarial services at preferential rates.

 
     
How much does it cost??

 

 There are two levels of virtual office service we offer:

Basic service - £50 per month

All the services listed above with the exception of telephone services

Premium Service - £75 per month

This service includes all of the above PLUS a dedicated telephone line and number for your company. Calls are answered in your company name or however you specify. This service also includes a voicemail box which can be remotely accessed from anywhere at any time.

  
     
Are there any other costs involved?? You only pay for what you use!

Additional services (such as time used in the meeting room) will be billed at the end of each calendar month.

These invoices are payable within 7 days of issue.
